Dyeing & Finishing Solution
Home textile
For home textiles, there are three solutions to the anti-fibrillation challenge of lyocell: fiber crosslinking, resin crosslinking, and a one-bath anti-fibrillation process combining jig dyeing and fiber locking.
Knitting
Sateri, in collaboration with Dymatic Chemicals, has pioneered an in-bath one-bath fiber-locking crosslinking process that enables simultaneous dyeing and fibrillation control, while avoiding the production instability and negative impacts on fabric strength, color, hand feel, and formaldehyde content associated with resin finishing.
Woven
For lyocell woven garments, the fibrillation issue is typically addressed using three processes: the drum dyeing with fiber-opening and yarn-washing process, the pad-dry-cure resin crosslinking process, and the pad-dry-cure fiber-locking process.
